SHIPPING POLICY

Order fulfillment and shipping operations at The Fatigue of Excellence are conducted every day and are generally only suspended on national holidays or when we are out of town.  In other words, when we set time aside to dedicate to our families. 

We reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier but, in most cases, will utilize either USPS or UPS.  Shipping times are estimates and do not include order processing or fulfillment times.  Additionally, for international orders, The Fatigue of Excellence is not responsible for any import taxes or tariffs that my be charged, those are the responsibility of the customer. 

​Please keep in mind that, at this point in time, The Fatigue of Excellence is a small business and all operations are conducted by the two co-founders, both of whom are practicing surgeons with demanding schedules.

​Having said that, in keeping with our ethos, every effort will be made to fulfill and ship your order as quickly as we possibly can.
