The Fatigue of Excellence has deep roots in western North Carolina.  One of the founders lives and works in Asheville, and the other has visited many times.  We love this city and its people. 

Sadly, the level of destruction due to Hurricane Helene to this city, its citizens, the surrounding communities, and western North Carolina as a whole is as close to apocalyptic as any of us will ever see or experience.  Over half the deaths attributed to Hurricane Helene were in western North Carolina, with hundreds of people still missing or isolated. 

Over a year’s worth of rainfall, some areas receiving over 30 inches in
a matter of hours, led to torrential flooding that devastated, and in some
cases, completely destroyed communities. 

 The Fatigue of Excellence wants to do its part to help.  So, we are proud to release NC Strong a shirt that we feel represents the strength and resilience of a proud community and state that will not let the devastation of this storm define them, but rather will be defined by their response and rebuilding. 

100% of profit from the sale of this shirt will be donated to relief efforts in Asheville, including animal rescue efforts.
